B35. House

Family House

Our client dreamed of a snow-white house on a steep Buda plot, and we made it come true. The character of this refined, three-story building is defined by a contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional gable-roofed form. The steep roof pitch, the simple massing and the light-versus-dark, homogeneous facade give the building a clean, minimalist appearance, creating a strong yet restrained contrast with the surrounding nature. The large terrace forms a natural transition between the interior spaces and the garden, reinforcing the house's openness and the quality of the indoor-outdoor connections. The overall impression is calm, timeless and contemporary: a simple-form, nature-close family home that harmoniously fits into its environment through clean architectural gestures.
