Family House

Two gabled building wings clad in brick accommodate the rooms envisioned by the clients in this single-storey family house. The section connecting the volumes forms the main entrance to the house, with a spacious entrance hall and a laundry room opening onto the garden tucked behind it. Designed for four people, with 210 m² of usable floor area, a 30 m² garage and nearly 60 m² of covered outdoor space in total, it provides a comfortably spacious living environment. The open ceiling above the living and dining area and the large glazed surfaces facing the garden enhance the sense of space, while the connection to the garden is created through the covered terrace with a summer kitchen. The children's rooms are located in the western wing, while the parents' suite, equipped with a spacious wardrobe, private bathroom and sauna, occupies the eastern volume.
