Every design project starts with a personal consultation where we learn about your vision, family's rhythm of life, and budget. Based on this, we prepare 2–3 concept variations presented on interactive, rotatable 3D models – making decision-making simple and transparent.
Before the concept design, we conduct a comprehensive feasibility analysis: local building regulations, zoning classification, utility availability, and neighboring developments. If you haven't purchased the plot yet, we also offer plot selection consulting – helping you avoid hidden limitations.
During the on-site survey, we record exact plot parameters: leveling, orientation, vegetation, views, and shading. For existing buildings, the survey also includes structural condition and extension possibilities. This data forms the foundation for design decisions.
We consider energy efficiency in every project: optimal orientation, proper insulation, natural lighting, and ventilation. When needed, we prepare the building for passive house certification. We're technology-neutral: brick, CLT, timber frame – we recommend the optimal solution.
