Every project starts with a personal meeting where we learn about your family's needs, rhythm of life, and future plans. How many rooms? Home office, garage, summer kitchen? Based on the answers, we prepare 2–3 concept variations with 3D model, making the decision easy and transparent.
The plot's characteristics determine the house's possibilities: orientation, leveling, building restrictions, utilities. If you haven't chosen the plot yet, we help with that too. We're not committed to any single building system: traditional brick, CLT panel, timber frame, or adobe – we recommend the best technology for each project based on the plot, needs, and budget.
Initial consultation & needs assessment → on-site survey & feasibility analysis → concept design with 3D model → permit documentation → construction detail drawings → optionally interior design and design supervision. Every phase concludes with your approval before the next begins.
Design fee is 8–15% of construction cost. For an average 150 m² family home, this means approximately €10,000–25,000. This investment can result in 15–25% savings during construction and increases property value by 15–20%. Average design time: 3–6 months.
